]]> https://www.wayforwardstebbing.org:443/897/FAQs Activity Programme thewayforward_39791 Mon, 03 Jul 2023 18:23:57 +0100 We want the local community and visitors from further afield to be able to learn about the heritage of St Mary’s, to be able to participate in different events and activities and to enjoy all that the church has to offer.

To this end, an important part of The Way Forward project is the Activity Programme; a regular and varied participatory schedule of many different activities, providing lots of ways for people to get together.  With the feature points that help interpret the heritage of the church for visitors, the programme will focus on three main themes: Beacon on the Hill, Building Matters and Nature and Nurture.   

There will be additional learning and other activities, all of which will extend collaborative relationships between the church and the local community. We cannot deliver this without our highly valued volunteers and whilst we have many people who already volunteer in many capacities, we would love to have more. If you think this is something that you can help with, take a look at the opportunities available.
