Saturday 12th September: Ride and Stride (10am) & Cornerstone Café

 Our Café will be open as a one-off Saturday bonus. FREE drink and cake for Ride and Stride participants!

Monday 14th September, 1.30pm - 2.30pm: Medieval Churches Talk

Step into the fascinating world of medieval churches and uncover their stories and secrets with Historian and Archaeologist Matthew Champion.

Tuesday 15th September, 12.30pm - 1.30pm: Lunchtime Organ Recital

A rare opportunity to hear our organ being played by Professor David Rowland, acclaimed organist and Director of Music at Christ's College, Cambridge.

Wednesday 16th - Friday 18th September: Make a Church Kneeler

Try your hand at cross stitch and discover the traditional craft of church kneelers.

For Children – Medieval Discovery Corner

Discover what life was like in medieval times when the church was built!  We have brass rubbings to do, heraldic banner making and even designing your own medieval letter.  Come and get creative!

Whether you’re catching up with friends, taking a quiet moment for yourself, or simply passing through, you’ll find a warm welcome waiting. Our café is run by a wonderful team of volunteers and is all about creating a place where everyone feels at home.

Enjoy freshly brewed barista-style coffee, speciality teas, and a tempting selection of locally made cakes — all served with a smile.

But Cornerstone Café is about more than just coffee. It’s about community. It’s a place to pause, connect, and be part of something special in the heart of our village.
