Village Heritage Walk

A walking trail around the village and surrounding area exploring the history of specific buildings and other links further afield, including: sites of Roman settlements and a Roman Malt House, the link of the old Roman road to Colchester, Norman Motte and the building of Prior’s Hall, the Friends Meeting House and the former church at Bran End in addition to the building of St Mary’s.
