Pop-Up Cafe

Open for regular programmed gatherings:

Dementia Cafe – with gentle games, seated exercises, support and refreshments. Care for carers.
Dads and Kids – stay and play for dads, grandads, male carers.
Stay and Play – for carers and toddlers after school drop off/before school pick up.
Friendship Group – for those experiencing isolation and loneliness.
Renew – for those with poor mental health to receive support.
