5 June Gin: A Story In Three Serves

An evening just for the grown-ups. Join us for a relaxed and sociable gin workshop where you’ll discover flavours, botanicals and blends—all in the beautiful surroundings of St Mary’s. A great night out with friends or something a little different to try.
Tickets cost £30 per person or £50 for two people. Tickets entitle the holder to three drinks which can either be redeemed for gin cocktails or wine or soft drinks or any combination of those three. Ticket price also includes canapes.
On arrival, a gin cocktail is offered; other drinks per above also available. Then sit down and enjoy a talk by our expert, understand a little bit more about different gins and botanicals and what makes a great cocktail.
Guests will enjoy an informal and engaging introduction to the world of gin, learning about the differences between styles such as craft gin and London Dry, and discovering how to create quality drinks thoughtfully and responsibly at home.
The evening will also explore how mixers, garnishes and carefully chosen ingredients can transform a simple G&T or cocktail into something truly special, focusing on flavour, balance and presentation.
